Using the service
Animated Video Maker is provided free of charge, as is, without warranties of any kind. You may use it for personal, educational and commercial projects.
Your content and your videos
You keep all rights to the scripts, images and recordings you use and to the videos you create. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for how you use the resulting videos.
Voices and music
AI voices are generated with Kokoro (Apache-2.0) and Piper (MIT) models, whose licences permit commercial use. Background music is synthesised for each video and is royalty-free. Don't use AI voices to impersonate real people or to mislead.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to create unlawful, hateful, harassing or deceptive content, or content that infringes others' rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of projects stored in your browser. Export important videos and keep your own copies.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
