From slides to scenes
Export your slides as images (PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides can all save each slide as a PNG), upload them in order, and paste your speaker notes as the script — one paragraph per slide. The maker places each slide on its scene and the narrator reads the notes. Choose Slow zoom or Circle reveal so full slides animate gracefully.
Or skip the slides altogether: put the headline of each slide as the title line, upload only the key chart or picture, and let the maker design the scene. The result usually looks cleaner than the original deck.
Why a narrated video beats a deck
- It carries your explanation. Decks sent without a presenter lose the story; a narrated video keeps it.
- It respects time. Viewers can skip, rewatch and speed up.
- It scales. Record once, send to fifty stakeholders.
- It translates. Swap the script language and export again for international teams.
Good uses
Quarterly updates, project kick-offs, onboarding modules, policy changes, investor updates and conference talk previews. For anything where the audience needs to ask questions in real time, keep the meeting — and send the video beforehand so the meeting can be shorter.
Try the Clean Studio style in the animated video maker, or read the explainer structure for persuasive presentations.
